Frozen riced cauliflower

Melted butter or avocado oil
Chopped garlic or garlic powder (a little goes a long way)

OPTIONAL: Any other seasonings you wish to add – oregano, paprika, cayene pepper, rosemary, thyme, etc.
You will also need a blender
Directions:
- Cook the cauliflower according to the instructions on the packaging – microwave or stovetop.
- Add cauliflower, butter/oil, and seasoning to blender.
- Mix until pureed.
- Serve. Voila!
